We love our Rainy Lake. We want you to love it too.
Sunset Water Sports was born out of a desire to share our passion for Sunset Country's amazing lakes with locals and tourists alike.
Started as a hobby, turned into a passion, and became a mission.
It all began with a few water sports lessons for friends and family. Then we asked the fateful question, “Who else can we get on the water?”
Based on Rainy Lake and the surrounding waters in Northwestern Ontario, it’s become our passion to break down barriers and get as many people as we can on the lake and exploring our beautiful outdoors.

Making a Difference in Our Community
Our mission is to create an adaptive water sports community of support and friendship among veterans, differently-abled adults and children, family members, and volunteers to empower, inspire, and enrich the lives of everyone involved.
In other words, it isn’t just about programming for adaptive needs – it’s about creating the moments that truly include every member of your friends and family.
Kudos from our Community
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has taken the time to speak with us and learn what we’re all about. Thank you!
